Dilapidation Reports
For both our commercial and residential clients we take an overview of every aspect of the building, any defects and the subsequent investment required. Typically, the report gives an insight into what works are required to enable the building to meet the needs of its use in day to day life. The report also provides a benchmark of the buildings condition prior to any construction works to or around the property.
