The Tangent Space service is entirely bespoke. We work with you and tailor our services to your needs. We offer a free, no-obligation 30-minute consultation for us to gauge the scope of your project and see where we can work together.
Contract Administration
We make sure your building is constructed in line with the plans and agreements, and liaise between all parties on and off site, keeping things on track. This can include issuing the contact between you and the builder and any other contractors, making sure payment milestones are met, keeping an eye on any amendments that have to be made and keeping everyone informed and on target with costings and the project schedule.
